FARM PARTNER is a program of Farm on the River.

Our farm works directly with healthcare organizations, community health programs, clinics, hospitals, and nonprofits to grow, harvest and deliver therapeutic produce boxes as part of patient care — reliable, Certified Organic, and ready to scale. Serving Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and metro New York.
